Cody Carlson
Owner
Cody opened the shop on South Turnpike Road in 2017 and still works a chair most days. He offers the widest range of services of anyone on the team, from a classic scissor cut to detailed beard work.
Chad Uhlman
Barber
Chad grew up in Meriden and has been cutting hair for twenty-five years. He owned his own barbershop there before spending fifteen years behind the chair in Wallingford, and he joined us two years ago. He works across the whole range, from traditional cuts to whatever's current, so whatever you bring him he's almost certainly done it before. Outside the shop he's a big sports fan and a girl dad to two daughters.
Kelsey Yammarino
Barber
Kelsey's path to barbering began with a BFA in photography, but it wasn't until she stepped into our shop that she found her true passion. A graduate of Major League Barber Academy, she joined us as an apprentice five years ago and has grown into a skilled barber with a real eye for detail. Head shaves and beard maintenance are what she's booked for most.
Justin Gode
Barber
A graduate of Major League Barber Academy, Justin started with us as an apprentice and has been part of the team for five years. He brings a fresh perspective and real care to every cut, and makes sure each client leaves looking and feeling their best. If you've never had a hot towel shave, he's the one to book.
Hope Pinelli
Barber
Hope brings over two decades of experience to the team. Trained at Galmar Academy and Vinal Technical School, she honed her skills at salons both local and abroad before finding her home at Cody's five years ago. She works across everything from classic scissor cuts to intricate beard designs, and she's one of the shop's go-to barbers for kids' cuts
Audrey Lechner
Barber
Audrey is the newest barber at Cody's, and fades are her specialty. Bald fades and tapers are what she's booked for most.
